Services

I believe everyone should have a good death — and that will look different for everyone. I respect and honor that. Below you’ll find services I offer to my death doula clients. If there is something you’re interested in, but you do not see, please contact me.

Pricing is negotiable. Please do not let cost prevent you from contacting me. I would love to have a conversation with you and better understand what you’re looking for and how you believe I might be able to help you.

Advance Care Planning

In the event that you were unable to communicate your wishes for your medical care, these documents can inform your loved ones and medical team in regards to the type of care you would like. Advance Care Planning is for everyone over the age of 18, not just those preparing for death.

Respite and Vigil Support

Regardless of the circumstance, it’s difficult to face death alone or with little support. Rest and self-care is necessary for everyone during this emotional process. As a companion or respite doula, I’ll stay with the dying while you do whatever it is you need to do. You do not have to do this alone.

Task / Errand Runner

After a thorough discussion of the needs, I may be able to help out with small household tasks or short local errands. Grocery run? Does a room need tidying? How can I help? If you need a rest or have conflicting appointments, let me know how I can help.

Cleaning / Organizing

You may find yourself overwhelmed at the thought of organizing/decluttering a life’s worth of belongings. I am happy to work with you/your people to tackle some of this - what do people do with their belongings after death? How do I leave things to people? Can I donate things after my death? Let’s talk about it and make a plan.

Life Review and Legacy Work

When considering the end of life, you might start to think about what you can leave to future generations. I’m available to work with you to brainstorm the legacy you’d like to leave — whether phyical or not.

Rituals and Memorials

Together we can create a ritual for remembrance or connection with your person. What are ways for you to build this new understanding and honor your past with them?
